TERMS AND CONDITIONS — G-ROOT ENTERPRISE

1. 1. INTRODUCTION
   Welcome to G‑Root Enterprise (“G-Root”, “the App”, “the Platform”), a global multi-organisation digital management and coordination platform. G‑Root Enterprise is designed for governments, companies, NGOs, schools, churches, hospitals, professional institutions, and community-based organisations worldwide.
   
   By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. 2. OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
   Intellectual Property Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including software, source code, architecture, designs, workflows, trademarks, and content of G‑Root Enterprise, are exclusively and fully owned by Iboro Samuel Udofia.
   
   Platform Management: The App is operated and managed by Excellent Solution and Strategy Providers Organization (ESSPO) on behalf of the IP owner.
   
   No Transfer of IP Rights: ESSPO operates and maintains the App, but ownership of all intellectual property remains solely with Iboro Samuel Udofia.

4. 4. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) and have legal authority to provide data. You must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
5. 5. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
   Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ESSPO may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. 6. USER DATA AND PRIVACY
   By using G‑Root Enterprise, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of personal and organisational data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. 7. PERMITTED USE
   Use the App to access organisational dashboards, tasks, events, communications and related features. Do not use it for unlawful or harmful activities; do not reverse engineer or tamper with the software.
8. 8. ORGANISATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
   Organisations are responsible for verifying lawful authority to submit data. ESSPO acts as a data processor on behalf of organisations.
9. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   All IP is owned by Iboro Samuel Udofia. ESSPO and users have limited, revocable rights to access and use the App for operational purposes only.
10. 10. AI AND AUTOMATION FEATURES
    G‑Root Enterprise uses AI to provide advisory insights. AI outputs are advisory and may not replace human decision-making.
11. 11. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION
    The App employs encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and secure authentication. Report breaches to excellentsolutionproviders1@gmail.com.
12. 12. USER CONSENT AND AGREEMENT
    By using the App you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
13. 13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
    ESSPO may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, illegal activity, or as requested by legal authorities.
14. 14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    The App is provided “as is”. ESSPO and the IP owner make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or suitability for specific purposes.
15. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law ESSPO and the IP owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. 16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
    The App may integrate third-party services; ESSPO is not responsible for their practices.
17. 17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
18. 18. CHANGES TO TERMS
    ESSPO may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. 19. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
