A step-by-step guide to help every user understand and use G-Root effectively

1. INTRODUCTION TO G-ROOT

G-Root is a global digital platform designed to strengthen political, organizational, and humanitarian relationships. It helps users connect, mobilise, track activities, manage empowerment programs, and support communities in need.

The app is powered by Excellent Solution and Strategy Providers Organisation, operating globally with users from every country.

G-Root operates on a subscription model, which covers Firebase storage maintenance and may change periodically based on global storage requirements. All users must subscribe to access app features.

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Before using the app, every user must create an account.

Steps to Create an Account

  1. Open the G-Root app.
  2. Tap Create Account.
  3. Enter your: Full Name, Email Address, Password
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. Tap Create Account.

3. LOGGING IN (WITH ROLE SELECTION)

When logging in, users select one of the four roles on the same screen as the email and password fields.

Available Roles

  1. Principal – for political principals only.
  2. Upline – for individual political mobilisers.
  3. Group – for groups that coordinate and manage members collectively.
  4. Admin – for Organisations, Institutions, Companies, and others.

Login Steps

  1. Enter email.
  2. Enter password.
  3. Select your role from the role options.
  4. Tap Login.

4. FACE RECOGNITION (LIVE-PHOTO VERIFICATION)

G-Root uses face recognition technology to ensure uploaded photos are live and authentic. This is used for profile creation, attendance check-ins, principal–follower alignment, humanitarian need verification and empowerment recipient verification.

5. SUBSCRIPTION (MANDATORY FOR ALL USERS)

Every user must subscribe to use the app. Subscription covers Firebase storage for photos, data retention, profile verification, feature access and global server operations. Subscription prices vary by country (examples provided in-app).

6. USER ROLES & HOW TO USE THEM

Below is the complete breakdown of what each role can do.

A. PRINCIPAL ROLE (Political Principals Only)

Purpose: Help political leaders manage supporters, coordinate mobilisers, monitor groups, manage empowerment projects, and access verified information.

Key Features: Dashboard Overview, Supporter Alignment List, Face-Verified Profiles, Humanitarian Dashboard, Empowerment Management, Voting Station Management, Upline & Group Oversight, Optional Bank Details.

B. UPLINE ROLE (Individual Mobilisers)

Purpose: Manage, track, and mobilise individual downlines.

Key Features: Create Downlines, Track activities, View alignment progress, Guide profile completion, Attendance check-ins, Monitor by voting stations.

C. GROUP ROLE (Collective Member Structures)

Purpose: For groups that organize and manage clusters of members collectively.

Key Features: Group Member Registration, Track group member activities, Monitor performance, Manage many supporters, View by voting station, Check-in attendance for events.

D. ADMIN ROLE (Organisations, Institutions, Companies & Others)

Purpose: Administer organisations, institutions, companies, humanitarian bodies, churches, schools and associations.

Key Features: Manage organisational members, Upload humanitarian needs, Approve/review humanitarian reports, Coordinate internal groups, Manage empowerment programs. Admins do not function as political principals.

7. HUMANITARIAN SERVICES MODULE

This module allows both organisations and principals to support people in need. Features include submit needs, upload pictures and descriptions, request support, view beneficiaries, and direct outreach by verified entities. Bank details are optional and personal info/bank details may be shared with verified NGOs, government bodies and principals for empowerment, alignment and humanitarian outreach only.

8. CHECK-IN (ATTENDANCE SYSTEM)

Check-in is used for event and meeting attendance, mobilisation and group activities. Face recognition confirms presence.

9. VOTING STATIONS (Global Format)

The app supports global voting stations. Users can select their voting station, view supporters by station and track mobilization strength.

10. NOTIFICATIONS

Users receive notifications for empowerment updates, humanitarian requests, group or upline instructions, principal announcements, and account or subscription updates.

11. OPTIONAL BANK DETAILS

All users may add bank details optionally for humanitarian support, empowerment distributions and financial outreach. Bank details and personal data may be shared with verified third parties strictly for humanitarian, political alignment, or empowerment purposes.

12. GLOBAL OPERATIONS

G-Root works in every country. Features automatically adjust to voting formats, country currency, registration formats and alignment structures.

13. USING THE APP EFFECTIVELY (Summary)

  1. Create an account.
  2. Subscribe based on your country.
  3. Log in with your selected role.
  4. Complete your profile with live photo verification.
  5. Use features assigned to your role.
  6. Participate in alignment, group, or upline activities.
  7. Upload or support humanitarian needs.
  8. Track voting station progress.
  9. Monitor your downlines (Upline) or members (Group).
  10. Principals manage all structures and empowerment workflows.
