      Selfies and profile photos used for face recognition to ensure live verification during attendance check-ins
   3. Technical & Usage Data
      Device type, operating system, IP address
      App usage analytics, crash reports, session times
      Geolocation data (approximate or precise) for check-ins, needs mapping, and attendance verification
   4. Activity Data
      Alignment and realignment actions
      Follower transfer logs
      Group and membership management actions
      Humanitarian needs posted and responses
      Empowerment distribution records
      Chat metadata (messages themselves remain private and encrypted)
4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
   G-Root processes data to:
   
   • Facilitate political alignment and realignment, ensuring no user aligns with multiple principals for the same office simultaneously
   • Enable transfer of followers and management by principals, groups, and uplines
   • Support humanitarian services, including needs verification, distribution, and responses by verified organizations
   • Manage empowerment programs, including optional bank-based transfers
   • Verify attendance using face recognition and geolocation
   • Enable chat, notifications, and secure communications
   • Administer subscriptions, including Firebase storage maintenance for continuous data retention
   • Customize dashboards and user experience based on roles, language, and preferences
   • Ensure platform integrity, fraud prevention, and security compliance
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
   
   • Consent: Users provide explicit consent by creating an account and accepting Terms & Conditions
   • Contract: Processing is necessary for delivering the subscribed services and app functionality

   Data retention aligns with active subscriptions and operational needs
   
   Three-day free trial is followed by subscription-based access
   
   Subscriptions cover Firebase storage maintenance for secure and continuous data retention
   
   Expired or terminated accounts: Personal data may be archived or deleted according to regulatory requirements and platform retention policy

   Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
   
   Access to sensitive information is restricted to verified principals, group/upline admins, and platform operators
   
   Face recognition and geolocation data are stored securely and used only for verification purposes
