G-Root Child Protection & Safety Standards

Effective Date: 7th December 2025

App name: G-Root

Developer / Platform Operator: Excellent Solution and Strategy Providers Organization

Purpose

This page describes G-Root's child protection and safety standards. G-Root and its developer, Excellent Solution and Strategy Providers Organization, have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page is publicly published, functional, and intended to be readily accessible and actionable for users and reviewers.

Scope

These standards apply to all users and to any content, interactions, or services provided through the G-Root app, website, dashboards, chat systems, humanitarian and attendance modules, and any third-party services (including Firebase) used by G-Root.

Explicit Prohibition of CSAE

G-Root strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing sexual content involving minors;
  • Using G-Root channels or features to exploit, groom, coerce, or arrange sexual activity with or involving minors;
  • Possessing or transmitting images, videos, or other media that depict sexual abuse or exploitation of children;
  • Any conduct that facilitates, promotes, or hides CSAE.

Reporting and Response

If you suspect CSAE, report immediately using any of the following channels:

  • Email: excellentsolutionproviders1@gmail.com (subject: "Report - Child Safety / CSAE").
  • Phone: +2349164101356 (for urgent reports).
  • Report through the app or website contact forms (mark as "Child Safety / CSAE").

G-Root will promptly review all reports and, where appropriate, preserve evidence, suspend or remove offending accounts or content, and cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.

Preservation & Disclosure

When a report involves suspected CSAE, G-Root will:

  • Immediately secure and preserve relevant data and logs (e.g., account data, IP addresses, chat metadata, uploaded media) in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Share data with law enforcement, child protection agencies, or verified third parties when legally required or to protect children;
  • Retain records of investigations per applicable laws and internal retention policies.

Prevention & Moderation

G-Root employs several measures to reduce the risk of CSAE on the platform, including:

  • Age gating and verification where required;
  • Face recognition and live-photo checks for attendance and verification (used responsibly and only for stated verification purposes);
  • Automated and manual moderation of uploaded media and reports;
  • Access controls and restricted sharing of sensitive data (e.g., bank details);
  • Clear user reporting mechanisms and a dedicated response process.

User Responsibilities

All users must not engage in any conduct that harms children. Users should report suspected CSAE immediately. Users are expected to use the platform in compliance with these standards and local laws.
